Climb aboard your very own Douglas DC-9—converted into a full 3-bedroom / 2-bath airplane home ✈️🏡. This one-of-a-kind jet residence features a full kitchen, bathroom, sauna, heated floors, and a spectacular wing deck perfect for grilling salmon or steaks while overlooking the private runway 🔥🥩. Grab a drink in the captain’s chair in the cockpit 🍺👨✈️, relax in first class (the living room) with a big-screen TV 📺, or let the kids claim the belly cargo lounge—their very own aircraft hideout. The jet comes stocked with snacks and firewood, so you can settle in and enjoy immediately.
🛬 The Space & Airfield
The airplane house sits directly along the private 1,900’ runway, allowing you to fly in or drive in with ease. The runway creates a natural buffer between your aircraft and other cabins on the property, offering excellent privacy and quiet 🤫. While active, traffic is light—typically 5–10 flights per week, all during daylight hours.

Board via stairs through the private jet bridge ✨. Inside, you’ll find a washer and dryer, hallway access to the Master Suite, full bathroom, guest bedroom, and moving forward to the kitchen, dining area, living space, and iconic cockpit. Guests receive a full refund if they cancel 24 hours or more before the scheduled check-in time. The Host doesn’t get paid for the booking.
If the Guest cancels after the check-in time, the Host will be paid for each night the Guest does stay, plus 1 full additional night.
Long-term stays (28+ nights)
Guests receive a full refund if they cancel 28 days or more before the scheduled check-in time. The Host doesn’t get paid for the booking.
If the Guest cancels after the 28-days-prior point, the Host will be paid 100% for each night the Guest does stay, plus 50% of 30 additional, unused nights. The Host is paid 100% for all of the remaining nights if fewer than 30 unused nights are left on the reservation when the Guest cancels (to a maximum of the equivalent of 50% of 30 nights).
