This quaint cabin (12ft x 16ft with a 4ft deck) offers front-row seats to runway activity and peaceful Alaskan scenery 🌲. It’s one of several cabins along the runway—perfect for solo pilots, couples, or groups booking multiple cabins together. A full washer and dryer are available in the nearby utility cabin (about 75’ away), and your cabin includes its own private bathroom with shower 🚿.

Guests receive a full refund if they cancel 24 hours or more before the scheduled check-in time. The Host doesn’t get paid for the booking.
If the Guest cancels after the check-in time, the Host will be paid for each night the Guest does stay, plus 1 full additional night.
Long-term stays (28+ nights)
Guests receive a full refund if they cancel 28 days or more before the scheduled check-in time. The Host doesn’t get paid for the booking.
If the Guest cancels after the 28-days-prior point, the Host will be paid 100% for each night the Guest does stay, plus 50% of 30 additional, unused nights. The Host is paid 100% for all of the remaining nights if fewer than 30 unused nights are left on the reservation when the Guest cancels (to a maximum of the equivalent of 50% of 30 nights).
