✈️🛬 Welcome, Fly-Inn Family — AirVenture Basecamp at Fond du Lac (KFLD) 🌅✈️

Pilots… if you’re heading to the world’s greatest aviation gathering, set your course for Fond du Lac County Airport, one of the most popular gateway airports for EAA AirVenture Oshkosh.

As you approach KFLD, you’ll be flying over classic Wisconsin scenery — patchwork farmland 🌾, winding country roads 🚜, and the sparkling waters of Lake Winnebago nearby. During AirVenture week, the skies come alive with aircraft arriving from all over the world ✈️🌎, making every approach feel like part of aviation history.

The approach into KFLD is straightforward and pilot-friendly with long runways and excellent support services. Monitor CTAF, expect increased traffic during AirVenture, and enjoy that unforgettable moment when your wheels touch down in one of aviation’s busiest and most exciting regions.
