1. Touch Down in Wisconsin’s Playground - PRIVATE RUNWAY- near Waupaca & New London 🛬🌊 (permission required prior to landing)
Pilots, set your heading for KPCZ – Waupaca Municipal Airport/ on Private and prepare for a peaceful Midwest arrival. As you descend into central Wisconsin, you’ll see patchwork farmland 🌾, winding rivers 💧, sparkling lakes 🌊, and dense green forests 🌲 stretching to the horizon.
This is classic Wisconsin — quiet airspace, friendly locals, and scenery that feels like a breath of fresh air.
Expect a straightforward arrival over rolling countryside and river valleys. The terrain here is gentle and open, making for a comfortable and scenic descent. Monitor CTAF, check wind direction, and enjoy that satisfying small-town airport experience — no congestion, just smooth flying.
After shutdown, you’re only about 15 minutes from the property (private pilots) — and yes, your car will be waiting for you. ✈️🚗

This spacious 4-bedroom home is designed for families, aviation friends, or groups looking to unplug and explore. Surrounded by nature, you’ll have room to roam, relax, and recharge.
Plenty of “toys” and activities are included to keep everyone entertained — this isn’t just a place to stay, it’s a place to play.
Parties are only allowed with prior approval. : $5,000 for the week!

Short-term stays
Guests receive a full refund if they cancel 72 hours or more before the scheduled check-in time. The Host doesn’t get paid for the booking.
If the Guest cancels after the check-in time, the Host will be paid for each night the Guest does stay, plus 1 additional night, plus 50% for all additional nights the Guest did not stay.
Long-term stays (28+ nights)
Guests receive a full refund if they cancel 28 days or more before the scheduled check-in time. The Host doesn’t get paid for the booking.
If the Guest cancels after the 28-days-prior point, the Host will be paid 100% for each night the Guest does stay, plus 50% of 30 additional, unused nights. The Host is paid 100% for all of the remaining nights if fewer than 30 unused nights are left on the reservation when the Guest cancels (to a maximum of the equivalent of 50% of 30 nights).
Cancellation policies vary by booking duration. Please review carefully before confirming your reservation.
