Escape to the peaceful beauty of the Kineo area, where stunning Moosehead Lake views meet endless outdoor adventure. Set on a scenic property with 50+ acres of private hiking trails and a short walk to the lake, this cozy two-bedroom cabin offers the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience—just minutes from Lily Bay State Park, downtown Greenville, and local attractions.
Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming living area with a wood-burning stove, a whirlpool bathtub/shower, and a private deck for soaking in sunsets over the water. The main-level bedroom features a queen bed, while the upstairs bedroom offers a queen and twin, comfortably accommodating families or small groups.
Step outside to explore hand-cut trails, enjoy complimentary kayaks, fish or swim from the dock, or gather around the shared fire pit under the stars. In winter, snowmobile directly from the cabin onto hundreds of miles of groomed trails, or try cross-country skiing, dogsledding, and snowshoeing. Year-round activities include hiking, moose tours, whitewater rafting, ice cave excursions, and more.

Short-term stays
Guests receive a full refund if they cancel 28 days or more before the scheduled check-in time. The Host doesn’t get paid for the booking. Guests receive a 50% refund if they cancel between 28 and 14 days before the listing's check-in time. No refunds within 14 days of the listing's check-in time.
If the Guest cancels after the check-in time, the Host will be paid for each night the Guest does stay, plus 1 additional night, plus 50% for all additional nights the Guest did not stay.
Long-term stays (28+ nights)
Guests receive a full refund if they cancel 28 days or more before the scheduled check-in time. The Host doesn’t get paid for the booking.
If the Guest cancels after the 28-days-prior point, the Host will be paid 100% for each night the Guest does stay, plus 50% of 30 additional, unused nights. The Host is paid 100% for all of the remaining nights if fewer than 30 unused nights are left on the reservation when the Guest cancels (to a maximum of the equivalent of 50% of 30 nights).
