🏡 About the Cabin
Rainbow Ridge Retreat delivers fantastic views 🌄, a fire pit 🔥, indoor and outdoor fireplaces 🪵, a pool table 🎱, and a hot tub 🛁 for true relaxation. This area is home to top-rated trout fishing in the U.S. 🎣, with numerous local guides available and a boat launch just 5 minutes away. Nearby activities include fishing, boating, tubing, floating, golf ⛳, kayaking 🛶, and hiking 🥾. No smoking. No pets. No parties. Only the approved number of guests. Please don’t roll luggage on wood floors.
🛋️ The Space
Step into a warm, inviting living area centered around a large fireplace 🔥, with a comfy reclining couch 🛋️. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, an island, and a separate dining area 🍽️. There’s also a spacious TV room with reclining couches 📺 and a pool table 🎱.
🛏️ Bedrooms include a large main-floor master with a king bed, electric remote fireplace, TV, a large shower bathroom 🚿, and French doors opening to the back porch and those beautiful views 🌄. Upstairs, the second bedroom has a queen bed, a sofa foam mattress bed, TV, and an attached smaller bedroom with two twin beds separated by a door 🛏️🛏️. The third upstairs bedroom offers a queen bed, small sofa, TV, and a twin bed with a privacy curtain 🛌.

Guests have access to the entire cabin, the property, and the incredible views all around.
📝 Other Things to Note
No smoking 🚭. No pets 🐾🚫. No parties 🎉🚫. Only approved guests—please update your reservation if plans change. Be careful with luggage on wood floors. On the back porch you’ll find a blue tin with bird food 🐦—feel free to fill the birdhouse. Hummingbird nectar is in the garage fridge 🌺, along with corn and extra seed for the squirrel feeder 🐿️ and bird feeders. Enjoy the hot tub 🛁, cornhole 🎯, horseshoes 🧲, Jenga 🧱, badminton 🏸, and two hammocks 🌴 for laid-back afternoons.

Long-term stays (28+ nights)
Guests receive a full refund if they cancel 28 days or more before the scheduled check-in time. The Host doesn’t get paid for the booking.
If the Guest cancels after the 28-days-prior point, the Host will be paid 100% for each night the Guest does stay, plus 50% of 30 additional, unused nights. The Host is paid 100% for all of the remaining nights if fewer than 30 unused nights are left on the reservation when the Guest cancels (to a maximum of the equivalent of 50% of 30 nights).
